Bheema Cements Ltd. has been at the forefront of the cement manufacturing industry for over three decades. We take immense pride in our journey from our early days as Coromandel Cements Ltd. to becoming the renowned Bheema Cements Ltd. in 2010. Our commitment to excellence has driven us to produce superior cement products, including OPC-43 grade, OPC-53 grade, and PPC.
In our humble beginnings, we started with a clinker manufacturing capacity of 200 Tons Per Day (TPD), and through continuous efforts and innovation, we have significantly scaled up our production capabilities. By 2012, our state-of-the-art facility boasted a manufacturing capacity of 1600 TPD of clinker, equating to approximately 2000 TPD of cement, setting new industry benchmarks.
Our unwavering focus on quality control systems, top-notch raw materials, and advanced process control mechanisms has been the bedrock of our success. Bheema Cements Ltd. has always been a pioneer in embracing cutting-edge technologies, with the installation of the ETA cooler from Claudius Peters Germany, a fifth-generation clinker cooler, being a testament to our commitment to sustainability and efficiency. This advanced cooler has reduced coal consumption significantly, enabling us to be environmentally responsible while maintaining optimal production availability.
At Bheema Cements Ltd., we have built an extensive distributor network spanning over 1500 people across 12 states. Our reputation for delivering superior products and services has made us the preferred choice for a wide range of projects, including residential and commercial complexes, concrete roads, tile manufacturers, industrial civil works, marine structures, treatment plants, dams, bridges, and spillways.
One of our key differentiators lies in our ability to maintain Tricalcium silicate levels between 52% to 55%, which exceeds the strength requirements defined by BIS standards. This is achieved through specific raw mix designs and the use of high-quality limestone, positioning our products at par with international export quality.

Products
Bheema Super Grade , OPC 43 Grade and OPC 53 GradeOPC Is manufactured by burning Siliceous materials like Limestone at 1400 degree Celsius and thereafter grinding it with gypsum and additives. Ordinary Portland cement is the most commonly used cement in India of which Grade-53 and Grade-43 are the most popular. They are used for a wide range of applications like dry-lean mixes, general-purpose ready-mixes, and even high strength pre-cast and pre stressed concrete.
Portland Pozzolana Cement is manufactured by blending pozzolanic materials, OPC cement, and gygum. Portland Pozzolana Cement is resistant to harsh water attacks and prevents the formation of calcium hydroxide at the time of cement setting and hydration. It withstands, thermal cracks, wet cracking etc. PPC is wi0ely used in the construction of industrial and residential buildings, roads, dams, marline structures, hydraulic structures, mass concreting works, plastering, masonry mortars, and all applications of Ordinary Portland Cement.

We deliver high performance concrete, blended to perfection for high workability and durability. Such concrete is custom-made to meet the varying on-site conditions of customers.
We offer PPC/OPC grade cement in packed condition (50kg HDPE or laminated bag) at Chennai or any Port in Andhra Pradesh for export purposes.
